3. Reservations & Booking Conditions

The following conditions apply to all reservations made at Palm Beach Club Apartamentos, whether made directly or through third-party platforms.

Before 12:00

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the date of arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.

Payment:

Full payment is required at check-in. We accept major credit and debit cards.

House rules:

Guests are expected to respect other residents and neighbours. Parties, excessive noise and conduct that disturbs others are prohibited. The management reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in the event of serious breach of house rules.

4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain. Consumers may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

5. Data Protection

Personal data collected through this website is processed by Burgin Management S.L. (CIF: B29593423) for the purpose of managing reservations and responding to enquiries. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of your data by contacting reservas@palmbeachclub.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

6. Liability

Burgin Management S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the reservation in question.
